Deal room tools

Protective checkpoints, document generation, and transaction integrations keep deal work organized.

How a deal closes

AI drafting assistance

An AI assistant drafts documents from deal details and points out possible risks and open questions. Every draft and suggestion is a starting point that needs human review; it does not verify compliance or give legal advice.

Protective checkpoints

Checkpoints sit within the relevant journey phases and prevent progress until critical requirements are met. Back-to-back deals add a sibling-readiness checkpoint when cross-leg dependencies apply.

KYC checkpoint - Verified parties only
Legal context checkpoint - Legal context set
LOI signature checkpoint - Intent confirmed
Escrow funding checkpoint - Funds confirmed by holder
Buyer acceptance checkpoint - Inspection accepted
Dispute protection - Issue resolution
Final release checkpoint - Final approval

DocuSign e-signatures

DocuSign supports eligible electronic signatures. Bills of sale and other instruments filed with the U.S. Coast Guard may require notarization; confirm signing requirements with your documentation agent before closing.

Multi-party signing workflows
Audit trail & certificates
Mobile-friendly signing

Proposed multi-party payout splits

Prepare a proposed split for up to 10 recipients by percentage, for the parties to review and approve. It records intent; it is not a live bank transfer, and no funds holder is connected yet.

Up to 10 custom recipients
Percentage-based allocation
Priority ordering
Release only by the agreed holder

Document drafting prompts

AI assistance prepares selected draft documents, such as a letter of intent or purchase agreement, for human and counsel review. Which documents are available depends on the approved scope of each deal. Nothing is ready to sign without review.

Transaction-specific payment instructions

Record the agreed deposit and purchase payment instructions for each deal, and see submitted versus holder-confirmed payments. Funding is not live yet and no funds holder is agreed.

Dispute resolution

Record disputes, evidence and platform workflow holds. A platform hold cannot freeze, recall or stop funds held or paid by an escrow holder or bank; external action requires the holder's acknowledgement and applicable instructions.

Due diligence workspace

Track inspections, surveys, sea trials, and documentation review in one place.

Participant management

Invite buyers, sellers, brokers, principals, and attorneys with role-based permissions and deal-leg visibility controls.

Real-time updates

Updates and records are visible only to participants authorized for that deal or leg. Information walls keep restricted details separate; linked deals do not grant access to every record.

Price currencies

Record prices in USD, EUR, GBP and other currencies. A price currency is not a settlement currency; settlement currencies are not confirmed.

Broker dashboard

Track commissions, analyze deal flow, and manage clients from a dedicated broker portal.

B2B deal administration

Restricted administration of linked deals, with role-based visibility for each leg. Linking application records does not guarantee simultaneous banking or automatic contractual unwind.
