Frequently asked questions
How is my data protected?
We use encryption, access controls and other technical and organizational measures. This page does not establish an independent audit or security attestation. For documentation approved for public release, contact contact@marineclose.com.
What happens to my funds if there is a dispute?
A platform dispute flag pauses the MarineClose workflow; it cannot freeze, recall or stop external payments. Any holder action follows the transaction-specific instructions, applicable law and escalation process. No independent holder has agreed to handle MarineClose transactions, and live funding is unavailable.
How long do you retain my information?
Retention depends on the record, the purpose of processing, applicable law and any preservation obligations. The final retention schedule and legal basis remain subject to counsel review before launch; no universal seven-year requirement is asserted. This draft notice does not change or delete existing records.
