4. Data security
Account sessions, document access checks and role restrictions help control access to information. These software controls do not establish an independent security assessment or guarantee security. Operational arrangements and processor protections require confirmation before launch.
5. Data retention
Retention depends on the record, the purpose of processing, applicable law and any preservation obligations. The final retention schedule and legal basis remain subject to counsel review before launch; no universal seven-year requirement is asserted. This draft notice does not change or delete existing records.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.
8. International transfers
Configured hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. Before live use, the relevant processors, locations and lawful transfer arrangements must be confirmed and disclosed. This draft does not claim that a particular transfer safeguard or vendor agreement is already in place.
AI assistance and your information
Optional AI tools can send your request, permitted deal or vessel details, selected document text or metadata and relevant chat context to the configured AI service. Draft outputs and chat may be stored with the deal or account. Viewing recorded status does not itself run AI. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information. AI can be wrong and requires human review; processor identity, provider retention, training settings and international-transfer arrangements remain prelaunch decisions to confirm and disclose.
9. Children's privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
